This Privacy Policy explains how CZ Autoz, operated by Callatic ("we", "us", "our"), collects and uses your information when you use our website and Services. We are the data controller for the information described below.

1. Information We Collect

Discord account data. When you log in with Discord we receive your Discord user ID, username, avatar, and your roles in the CZ Autoz server (via the Discord API). We use your roles to determine which products you own.
Whitelisting data. The server IP addresses, ports, and server names you submit, and the keyword you set.
Payment data. Payments are processed by PayPal. We do not receive or store your card details. We receive transaction information from PayPal — such as your PayPal email, transaction ID, amount, and payment status — to confirm and record your purchase.
Technical data. A single essential first-party session cookie that keeps you signed in.

2. How We Use Your Information

To identify you and show the products your roles unlock;
To deliver access (Discord roles) and whitelist your servers;
To process and record purchases and to prevent fraud;
To provide support and to operate and improve the Services.

3. Legal Bases (UK GDPR)

We process your data to perform our contract with you (providing the Services), for our legitimate interests (operating and securing the Services and preventing fraud), and to comply with our legal obligations.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share information only with the service providers needed to run the Services — Discord (authentication and role delivery) and PayPal (payment processing) — and where required by law.

5. Retention

We keep your data for as long as you have access to the Services and as needed for our records, fraud prevention, and legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

6. Your Rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email support@czautoz.co.uk or open a ticket in the CZ Autoz Discord. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

7. Cookies

We use one essential, first-party session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

8. Children

The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required by Discord and your local law). Please do not use the Services if you are under that age.

9. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time; changes are shown by the "Last updated" date above.
