Terms of Service

Welcome to CZ Autoz. These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the CZ Autoz website, Discord services, and digital vehicle modifications (together, the "Services"). CZ Autoz is operated by Callatic ("CZ Autoz", "we", "us", "our"). By purchasing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
You must have a valid Discord account, be a member of the official CZ Autoz Discord server, and meet Discord's minimum age requirement (13+, or older where your local law requires). You are responsible for your account and for keeping your access secure.
2. Our Services
CZ Autoz provides digital licences to use CZ Autoz vehicle modifications (the "Mods") on DayZ servers. Access is delivered as Discord roles together with per-server IP whitelisting, and is granted automatically once payment is confirmed.
3. Purchases & Pricing
All prices are shown in GBP (£) and are processed securely through PayPal. Tier and pack upgrades are charged only for the difference between what you already own and the product you are upgrading to. Extra server slots and other add-ons are charged as displayed at checkout. You are responsible for any currency-conversion or payment fees charged by your provider.
4. Licence
Subject to these Terms and your payment, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Mods on DayZ servers that you own or operate and that are whitelisted under your keyword. You may not: (a) resell, sublicense, rent, lend, or share your access or the Mod files; (b) redistribute, copy, decompile, or reverse-engineer the Mods; (c) whitelist servers you do not own or operate; or (d) use the Services for any unlawful purpose.
5. Whitelisting & Keywords
Access on a server is enabled by whitelisting its IP and port under your keyword. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you submit and for ensuring you are authorised to whitelist those servers. We may remove whitelisting entries that breach these Terms.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to bypass licensing or whitelisting, sharing access, committing payment fraud, initiating dishonest chargebacks, or interfering with the Services or other users.
7. Availability
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". DayZ, its mods, and third-party platforms (Discord, PayPal, hosting) change over time and may affect availability or functionality. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
8. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access, without refund, if you breach these Terms, initiate a chargeback, or engage in fraud or abuse. You may stop using the Services at any time.
9. Refunds
Digital access is delivered immediately, so purchases are generally non-refundable. Please see our Refund Policy for eligible exceptions.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for issues arising from your servers, game updates, or third-party services. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes are reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections available to you in your country of residence.
